Believe-in-You Money is a set of Guiding Principles that provides an alternative approach to business capital; taps into abundance, redefines risk, trusts the recipient; addresses and interrupts inequities; is patient, flexible and explicitly anti-racist. BIY$ can come in forms such as gifts, grants, loans, revenue shares, or convertible equity.

Believe-in-You Money intentionally invokes the symbolism of the circle: community and unity; harmony, balance, and flow; wholeness and perfection; the cycle of life; and eternal love. The BIY$ Circle is the curated conversation that brings these Guiding Principles to life–hosted by people just like you! You can host a BIY$ Circle with many groups of people with similar or diverse backgrounds:
At work with colleagues At home with friends With an investment club In collaboration with organizations Anyone with access to the dollar! Whoever and however you choose to host, the conversations you generate in Circle will help to create an economy that loves Black people.
